I can service or repair your machine quicker than most as service is all I do – usually a 1-week turnaround – if parts are needed your machine may be with me a little longer.
I offer a 3 month service warranty on all work.

The rule of thumb is every 2 years whether you use the machine or not. If you use the machine often it is recommended the machine be serviced every year.
Usually I am on about a 1 week turnaround. If you need parts it may take a little longer.
If possible, please bring the accessories that came with your machine. The essential items are:
Foot control and cords
The correct bobbin and bobbin case
Normal zigzag sewing foot
The embroidery hoop and embroidery foot if it is an embroidery machine
